Putting together a little something for your girls is a fun way to say thank you and a great excuse to celebrate. What, with all the parties in honor of the bride, it’s nice when the bridesmaids get some love too. A bridesmaids’ brunch or luncheon is the perfect get together for the bridal party. Just take a look at this luncheon that was held at the Lakehouse Restaurant just across the lake from New Orleans. This fun styled shoot celebrates the end of summer and the beginning of wedded bliss. The bride-to-be gathered with her friends at the beautiful Historic London Town & Gardens for an afternoon of refreshing lemon and strawberry treats. The space was decorated with cheery pops of color, hand scripted signage, and an elegant bar cart that offered each guest a personalized cocktail glass. The party invitations in pink, yellow, and white added to the festive summer vibe and set the tone for a fun-in-the-sun bridal shower. Pretty in pink and posh all over is the best way to describe this bridesmaid’s luncheon. The focal point and decor inspiration for this luncheon was the flower petal table linen in blush pink. The pink and navy ruffled cake echoes the linen’s details and made for a beautiful table centerpiece along with the miniature flower arrangements comprised of hydrangea and greenery. The future bride and her bridesmaids enjoyed champagne cake cocktails with glitter frosting, candle tin favors with a petal scent, and gorgeous “Be My Bridesmaid” gifts. Star Noir Studio was behind the lens and captured these amazing photos.

This pretty in blush pink bridesmaid brunch was put together by future bride Terri-Lynn Warren (also the photographer) as a way to ask her two friends and sister the big question: “Will you be my bridesmaid/maid of honor?” I’m pretty sure no one could say no to Terri-Lynn after seeing the get together she created. There were homemade pancakes, handmade cards, gorgeous flowers, balloons, champagne, cupcakes, and gift boxes for each girl. The ladies received macarons, a blush paper rose, heart ring, and a mini bottle of champagne. Needless to say, the girls were spoiled and Terri-Lynn got a yes all around.
