The best bachelorette party destinations don’t just offer lots of entertainment and activities, they should be fun and affordable, as well. Not to mention, safe.

Many brides-to-be and those planning the bachelorette party don’t think about the full package. They see Miami or New York City or Paris and think, “Yes! Perfect!” Mostly because these places pop up on “Best Bachelorette Party Places” over and over again. Although those are lovely places to visit, they’re not completely realistic for most budgets.

Then again, if you, the bride, and the guests live in one of the aforementioned areas, it will be much easier for you to find good accommodations and activities. Just do an internet search for “best bachelorette party destinations” and you’ll find places like NYC, Miami, San Francisco, Nashville, and Montreal on the list.

But let’s think outside the party box. How about somewhere that offers loads of entertainment, affordable prices, and low crime rates? So whether you’re traveling or live close by, you’ll get more bang for your buck.

Although we can’t guarantee you won’t blow your savings account or run into trouble in these areas (budget and be aware), we can tell you these bachelorette party destinations rank higher on the fun and affordable list than their more popular counterparts.

Bachelorette Party Destinations Inside the U.S.

Denver, Colorado | Denver might not be the first place you think of when you hear bachelorette party, but think again! Aside from being one of the safest spots to party in, Denver also has some of the lowest average hotel rates. It also offers a variety of day and nighttime activities, so you and the gang can have brunch and tour a museum, then ease into the night with cocktails, dancing, and maybe even a burlesque show.

Myrtle Beach, South Carolina | For an affordable alternative to Charleston, SC, consider this beach destination. Myrtle Beach offers resorts, water activities (jet ski, scuba dive, para sail), and beer prices any budget can handle. Hey, maybe you’ll just want to put down your beach blankets and sip a few cocktails.

Austin, Texas | Texas, in general, offers more affordable prices across the board, so it’s no surprise that this quirky Texas town makes the list. What makes Austin an awesome bachelorette party destination is that there’s something for everyone. There’s the Guadalupe River (floating, kayaking, etc.) for the outdoorsy types, 6th Street for brides who want to booze, loads of live music venues for the dancing divas, and everything in between.

Las Vegas, Nevada | Las Vegas is one of those rare places in that it is highly popular, but still affordable. Plus, it’s a quintessential bachelorette party destination. The beer may be a little pricey, but it can be made up for with activities and entertainment: shopping, spas, dance clubs, sports, performances, and most importantly…buffets! Just remember, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas.

Bachelorette Party Destinations Outside the U.S.

Freeport, Bahamas | Known as the Bahamian second city (with Nassau being the first), Freeport offers everything the first city does at a lower cost. Think stunning beaches, open-air markets, live music, and delicious seafood.

Bangkok, Thailand | Bangkok might bring up images of the “wolf pack” in Hangover II, but never fear. Create your own female wolf pack and enjoy the city’s ridiculously affordable spa treatments, world-renowned street food, shopping, nightlife, and colorful culture.

Quebec City, Canada | It’s probably safe to say that most brides-to-be would love spending their last days as a bachelorette in the city of love, but most brides (and bachelorette party guests) budgets can’t swing the cost. An equally as stunning alternative is Quebec City. You might see it’s neighbor, Montreal, on most party destination lists, but Quebec City offers just as much (and it won’t be jam packed with tourists). The city itself is quite charming with cozy bistros, old-world architecture, and lingerie boutiques (ooh la la!).

Morocco | Wanderlusters will adore dreamy Morocco with it’s colorful venues, relaxing atmosphere, and exotic activities. Start your day with cups of mint tea and a soak at one of the bath houses. Continue your day with something adventurous like a landcruiser safari or camel trek through the mountains. More relaxed options include cooking courses, wine tastings, or just lounging in a bath of rose petals.
