Colorful Cocktails

You don’t have to wait for a special occasion to make these cocktails. They’re all made from ingredients you might already have, and if not, they’re easy to find. So shake, stir, and celebrate with friends for no reason at all! (p.s. there’s always a reason to celebrate 😉

1. Pink Passion

You’ll Need:

  • 2 oz. peach schnapps
  • 2 oz. Tequila Rose
  • 2 splash of cranberry juice
  • 1 splash of lemon-lime soda
  • Garnish: lemon twist

Directions:

Pour all ingredients into shaker, shake, and pour into a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist!

2. Blue Ocean

You’ll Need:

  • 1 oz. vodka
  • 1/2 oz. blue curacao
  • 1/3 oz. grapefruit juice
  • 1-2 splashes simple syrup

Directions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice; shake, then strain and serve either straight up in a martini glass or over ice. Garnish with an orange slice & tropical flower.

3. Lavender Bellini

You’ll Need:

  • Lavender simple syrup
  • Chilled champagne or sparkling wine
  • Chilled fresh peach juice

To make the syrup:

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons dried lavender
  • 2 cups granulated sugar

Directions:

  • For the lavender simple syrup:

Bring water and lavender to boil in a small sauce pan. Once water boils add sugar while whisking until sugar dissolves. Lower heat and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes. Remove from heat, strain lavender flowers out of mixture, and allow to cool before using.

  • For the bellini:

Add 1 tablespoon lavender simple syrup to a champagne flute. Pour in champagne and top with peach juice. (one part champagne to one part peach juice) Garnish with a lavender bloom.

4. Popsicle Cocktail

You’ll Need:

  • champagne
  • ginger ale
  • white rum or vodka
  • Popsicle

Directions:

For a light spritzer, combine equal parts champagne and ginger ale.

For a fruity cocktail, combine 3 parts ginger ale to 1 part white rum or vodka.

Add the Popsicles to either version before serving.
