Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. cherry vodka
  • 1 oz. triple sec
  • Splash of Rose’s Grenadine
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Garnish with a cherry

Directions:

  1. Shake together vodka, triple sec, and grenadine with ice.
  2. Pour into a glass and top with cranberry juice.
  3. Garnish with a cherry.

 

Pink Margarita

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz. tequila
  • ¼ oz. Campari
  • ½ oz. fresh lemon juice
  • ½ oz. honey
  • Garnish with lemon slice and mint leaf

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Serve on the rocks and garnish with a slice of lemon and mint leaf.
Naughty Schoolgirl

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ oz. raspberry vodka
  • ½ oz. simple syrup (dissolve one part sugar in one part boiling water and let cool)
  • Splash of sour mix
  • Sugar
  • Club soda
  • Garnish with a lollipop

Directions:

  1. Fill a shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, simple syrup, and sour mix.
  3. Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip in sugar.
  4. Pour contents of shaker into the glass.
  5. Top with club soda and add a lollipop.
 Sophisticate

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ½ oz. vodka
  • 1 ½ oz. St. Germaine elderflower liqueur
  • Splash of cranberry juice
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Femme Fatale Punch

Makes 16-18 cocktails

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered (about 3 cups), plus more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. limoncello, chilled
  • 2 bottles brut cava, chilled

Directions:

  1. Combine the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer and discard the solids.
  3. Pour the limoncello and strawberry puree into a punch bowl and stir until well combined.
  4. Slowly pour in the cava.
  5. Garnish individual glasses with strawberries.
Peppermint White Russian

Ingredients:

  • 2 parts peppermint schnapps
  • 2 part Bailey’s
  • 1 part half and half
  • Crushed candy cane for garnish

Directions:

  1. Fill a glass with ice and combine all ingredients.
  2. Garnish the rim with crushed candy canes (you can use honey to make it stick).
The Sidecar

Makes 2 cocktails

Ingredients:

  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp white sugar
  • 4 cherries with stems
  • ⅓ cup fresh Meyer lemon juice
  • ½ cup cognac
  • ½ cup Grand Marnier (or triple sec)
  • Ice

Directions:

  1. Pour the juice of 1 lemon into a small dish. Pour the sugar into another. Dip the edge of each glass into the lemon and then the sugar. Set the glasses aside while you make the drinks.
  2. Mix together the cognac, lemon juice, and Grand Marnier in a 2-cup measuring cup.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker ¾ full with ice and add the cocktail mix. Shake for 30 seconds.
  4. Add some ice to the sugar-rimmed glasses and pour the cocktails. Garnish with cherries.
